it's "black heart" from "neptune" (at least thats the tags this site uses) to be more correct, the character name would be "noire" as "black heart" is her HDD battle form and the series is "hyperdimension neptunia" (both tags don't exist on this site)
Since the tags are added on the original name (means on the original language) basically, the name of the game will be "Chou-jigen Game Neptune" and since often subheading will be omitted, the tag becomes "neptune".
